    Frequently Asked Questions

    What if my package shows it was delivered, but I have not received it?

    Please wait a few additional days. Some customers have noticed delivery delays with the USPS and a couple days later it shows up. Refunds will not be issued for deliveries marked delivered.

    What do I do if my necklace breaks?

    Contact the shop immediately and I will either repair if possible or replace. But definitely let me know!
